An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Production Operative to join an international engineering brand in Milton Keynes on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Our client is a global manufacturing company, specialising in providing engineering solutions to an extensive list of high-profile automotive companies. As their production team continues to expand, our client is currently seeking a self-motivated, conscientious, and hardworking Production Operatives to join their facility in Milton Keynes working in their clean room environment.

This is an exciting and fast-moving role that will require you to be highly organised, comfortable multitasking and able to prioritise workloads.

The successful Production Operative will ideally have previous production or assembly experience within a manufacturing organisation.

Responsibilities of the Production Operative:

Visual Inspections of parts
               Verify component specifications
               Monitoring quality control and keeping to tight production deadlines.
               Shared responsibility for finished goods to ensure they are meeting or exceeding customer expectations
               Follow Clean Room gowning and de-gowning procedures. (full PPE provided)
               Clean Room inspection, cleaning, and packaging components to high standards. 
               Maintain supplies where needed.
               Make labels for tubing and properly complete production reports.
               Using various measuring devices
               Adhere to quality standards and guidelines.
               Maintain accurate records.
               Report any production issues to Team Leader.
The ideal Production Operative:

Experience with quality inspecting would be ideal for this role.
               Problem solving, quality tools, attention to detail.
               Previous cleanroom experience preferred but not essential.
               Flexibility to adapt to different processes
               Candidates will have a sound understanding of health and safety policies, including manual handling techniques
               Good communications skills (both written and verbal)
               Excellent attention to detail
               Computer literate
               Must be comfortable in full clean room gowns and PPE for long periods during you shift
