Production Operative

SALARY: £9.26 per hour + shift premiums

WORKING HOURS: Day Shift 8am – 8pm (4 out of 7 days)

We are currently working with a manufacturer of high-quality plastic packaging for the food, beverage and household products industry. Working within the busy injection moulding factory in Flitwick you will be inspecting and packing plastic caps and closures ready for despatching to customers.

To ensure our customer orders are met Operator duties will include: 

Erecting cardboard cartons and bulk bins and attaching labels
Carrying out quality inspections on products
Packing the pallets / boxes to the required standards
Moving cartons and bulk bins to and from machines
Completing production sheet paperwork
Maintenance of good housekeeping practices on production lines and within the factory.
