Production Manager

Up to £50,000

Based near Bedford

This business is not only unique but is expanding due to growth is expanding a team. The business is looking for a Production Manager. The role reports to the owners and you will need to have technical expertise and experience in design, fabrication manufacturing processes and costing techniques.

In addition, good commercial awareness will be needed along with the personal skills to operate effectively with the rest of the workforce and deal with supplier and customer relationships.

The Production Manager will be the manager of a team and pro-active in helping the company win new business opportunities and achieve profitable growth.

The be successful in the role needs you to be,

Proficient and confident with handling customer contacts and enquiries.

Well organised with strong administrative and communication skills

Can embrace new technology and change your ways of working.

Comfortable with the use of IT systems, particularly Solid works, or similar CAD drawing packages.

Experienced in plastic fabrication, vacuum forming and digital printing
