A leading uPVC window manufacturer currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join their team in Buckinghamshire.

You will be responsible for the management of the production department, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment that delivers high quality products on-time to their customers. You will be tasked with planning and organising a skilled and experienced work-force and organising materials and production schedules, problem solving any issues that may arise in the course of manufacturing operations.

Candidates will need a manufacturing background within the uPVC glazing industry and have managerial or supervisory experience. You will need to be able to lead from the front but balance that with being an excellent team player, able to motivate others to ensure company targets are met.
