The Product Design & Development Manager is responsible for managing the development and launch of new products which aligns with growth strategy and complements the company's existing product ranges. Working across all business functions to bring product ideas to life.

You will develop new products taking ideas from concept through design, prototype, testing and production implementation to support the company's growth strategy.

You will recognise and select the best combination of materials for specific purposes, assessing materials for specific qualities (such as durability and renewability).

a relevant qualification in one or more of the following:
production engineering
mechanical engineering
process engineering
experience of 3D Solid modelling, preferably AutoCAD Inventor
working knowledge of Gas, Electrical and Plumbing standards and practicalities
experience of materials engineeringlean Manufacturing / Right First time methodologies
