Job Title: Panel Wireman / Assembler
Location: Milton Keynes
Hourly rate: £17.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Duration: 3 months
Panel Wirer required for a manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. As a Panel Wirer, you will be assembling and wiring mechanical switchgear, and looming hybrid solutions and wiring control panels from kits of parts. You need to be able to correctly interpret detailed information, schematics, build notes and general arrangement drawings to assemble high quality products.
You must be used to working to high standards, have essential experience in creating quality looming, and be able to plan an efficient layout and produce neat and accurate wiring.
Experience working in defence or aviation sectors would be ideal.
Responsibilities:

Panel wiring & fitting
Mechanical assembly of electrical switchgear
Electrical wiring and looming
Point to point wiring, cable crimping, looming and terminating work
Panel fitting work, marking out, drilling & tapping
Repair of electrical switchgear and panels
Interesting and varied work
Please note that because of the defence related nature of our business you will be required to undergo security clearance vetting and will need to meet special nationality rules.
