Office Administrator
My client is currently seeking an Office Administrator to support the office on permanent basic. To support with the day to day running of the office, with support in kay areas (payroll, risk assessments and employee relations)
Your duties will include:
Data entry of personal details
Photocopying
Filing
Archiving documents
General admin duties daily
Liaising with internal and external teams
Supporting with payroll and risk assessments
The Applicant:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience, and attributes:
Previous administration experience
Excellent data entry and administration skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast paced, time critical environment
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Good telephone skills
The Job:
£21,500 per year
Annual Leave
Working Monday – Friday
7am – 4pm
Pension
Free car parking (must drive with access to vehicle due to location)
