Advanced Production Operative Job Opportunities at Refresco
Refresco the world’s largest independent drink’s bottler, manufacturer of some of the world’s best known brands is currently seeking Advanced Production Operatives for our factory in Milton Keynes. 
About the role
As an Advance Production Operative you will already have some manufacturing experience and we want to help you grow and develop your expertise. You will work with experts from a world class drink’s manufacturer. We want this to be the start of a long Refresco career for you.
At Milton Keynes, we operate on a 24/7 basis. As a Production Operative you will work on a shift basis, working 24/7 – which is a 4 on 4 off pattern – 2 days, 2 nights.

* The role of Production Advance Operative (P3) comes with a package including an hourly rate of £13.62 plus shift allowance (annual salary of £32,000.00).

What are your daily tasks as an Advanced Production Operative?
* Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
* Complete fault finding activities, manage product / packaging changeovers and basic machine maintenance activities.
* Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
* Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
* Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
* Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

About you

* Have previous experience of working within a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment.
* Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.

* Be positive and energetic, and enjoy working in a team.
* Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
