The Role
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at our site in Milton Keynes.  
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will report to the Maintenance Manager on site, taking responsibility & ownership for delivering a high quality engineering service in support of the achievement of operational goals and targets
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Rapidly diagnose and resolve both mechanical, electrical and basic control and instrumentation faults
* Lead maintenance activity to agreed standards and the planned preventative maintenance plan.
* Lead Continuous Improvement activity to improve equipment reliability and reduce wastage.
* Design, trial and implement minor equipment modifications in support of increased performance
* Work collaboratively with all teams on site to resolve issues rapidly and drive improvement

About You
You will be an Apprentice trained or time served electrically biased Multi Skilled Engineer. Ideally you will have experience working as an Engineer in a FMCG Manufacturing Plant. 18th Edition is essential and PLC experience would also be beneficial. 
This is a shift based role. Working a 24/7 pattern, 4 Shifts on & 4 Shifts off. 4 shifts on: 2 days 06:00 to 18:00 & 2 nights: 18:00 to 06:00 (42 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits
The role comes with a package including an hourly rate up to £18.11 plus a shift allowance of 7.6% – annual salary of £42,546.46. Additional benefits include, 240 hours holiday per year, life assurance, a pension scheme and free on site parking
