Our client is looking to recruit a number of Manufacturing Support Team Members to join their busy manufacturing plant based in Milton Keynes – this is a key role with the business with a great training plan!

This role operates on the following shift pattern of days and nights including weekends:

2 nights on 2 days OFF – 3 days on 2 days OFF – 2 nights on – 3 days OFF and so on…

6am-6pm days and 6pm-6am nights

Duties:

Operate a press machine and other associated equipment
Mixing product to specification
Tooling change overs
Cleaning machinery
Recording data manually and digitally
Working to broad range of KPI's
Quality & safety checks
Maintaining equipment
Manual handling
Ideally the successful candidate will have worked or is working within a fast moving food/bakery manufacturing plant
