The Role:
In the Production Operative role you'll report to the Production Controller and will be primarily responsible to efficiently handle, pick, rotate and ship inventory within a team environment
The Candidate:
To be considered for the Manufacturing Operative role you will need to possess direct experience of working in a busy production company.
You must have experience with general light electromechanical assembly using variety of techniques including goods in, cutting, swaging and marking, Adjusting and operating machinery as necessary to a safe standard.
We also need you to be able carry out quality inspection of your own work and ensuring assembly area is safe.
It's also essential that you can carry out instructions.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
– Good understanding of assembly procedures
– Demonstrable Assembly skills
– Good communication skills
We need you to be able to work autonomously whilst being a productive member of a team and reliable.

The Package for Manufacturing operative role is £ 8.91 ( PAYE) / £11.35 ( Umbrella)
Temp to Perm role
Hours Mon – Fri – 08:00 – 17:00 (40hrs per week)
