A light at the end of the doom and gloom Covid tunnel? We are looking to further the career of a Manufacturing Manager (FMCG) with this rare and highly rewarding opportunity to join a company supplying into the food industry.
A single site role but opportunities to climb the ladder in this multi-site, ever-growing company. You will report into the Plant Manager and have responsibility for delivering day-to-day operational excellence and training your team to identify these opportunities. You will also be expected to fully manage and investigate the root causes of customer / supplier complaints and ensure all procedures and processes are adhered to.
We’re not looking for a Mathematics degree but the ability to forecast and work with numbers is of importance, as is your ability to develop your team and get ‘down and dirty’ on the factory floor as and when required.
FMCG experience is essential!
Food manufacturing experience is even better.
It goes without saying, but the ability to communicate with other functions within the factory is imperative so as to achieve upmost efficiency, quality and overall customer satisfaction.
In summary, the business is looking for you “To lead all manufacturing and product resource within site and support the warehouse operation in order to contribute to the optimisation of overall plant performance with specific relation to cost, quality, people, safety and service consistently across all shifts.”
