Description

The Maintenance Manager will ensure the business have a robust and well controlled maintenance program in place for the facilities and equipment. Responsibilities would include:

To develop the maintenance strategy for the plant to ensure optimum manufacturing performance.
Lead the plant maintenance team in the delivery of high levels of plant availability and reliability to ensure production schedules and customer service requirements can be met.
Support development and delivery of the capital expenditure projects.
To develop and drive a culture of continuous improvement in the maintenance department.
Management of subcontractors on site inclusive of annual inspections, whilst also ensuring best value for the business.
Implementation of a TPM system throughout the plant.Profile

Engineering / Maintenance Manager in a similar manufacturing environment with exposure to heavy plant equipment.
HNC in Engineering / Electrical or post-graduate qualification in a Science, Technology, or Engineering discipline.
Successful led a team of Maintenance Engineers and implementation of a TPM programme.
Worked on CAPEX projects.
Knowledge of ERP maintenance scheduling.Job Offer
