2 Month Contract – £14.50 p/h (days) + £16.50 (nights)

Our client makes us of cutting-edge technology to improve warehouse logistics. They develop made-to-measure systems with their customers all over the world, and their blend of expertise and experience is the key to their success. The company is a large, well-known brand, and have modern facilities all over the UK. There is now a requirement for a Machine Minder to join the site. The role of Machine Minder will involve the following:

–        Keeping the machines fully operational, and operating at maximum output

–        Adding additional card into the machine

–        Adding glue pellets into the machine

–        Replacing the labels

–        Unjamming the machine, in the case that the card gets stuck

–        Keeping working areas clean and tidy

–        Using a pedestrian counterbalance forklift to move materials

–        Monitor constant faults and flag to engineering

–        Alternating days and night (one week – days, next week – nights)

–        12-hour shifts

The Machine Minder will need the following:

–        Ideally worked in warehouse environment or manufacturing environment

–        Good Work ethic

–        Team Player

–        Reliable

–        Happy to do days and nights

–        Happy to do 12-hour shifts
