Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)

My Client is a well-known engineering manufacturing business seeking an experience Logistics Support Analysis to join the team, the main duties of the role will be to Produce LSAR data sets by means of thorough product research and structured Analysis (LSA) in accordance with specified standards.
Main duties for the Logistics Support Analysis will be:
Identify maintenance requirements, procedures, and all associated support resources necessary for sustainment of the MBA product in-service.
 
Populate LSAR using appropriate software packages ensuring compliance with necessary protocols and standards.
 
Understand customer requirements and end-user's maintenance concept in accordance with customer provided specifications / statement of work.
 
Provide Design team with constructive and timely feedback for improvement in product support.
 
Work with Reliability and Maintainability Engineers to produce an all-inclusive LSAR database.
 
Liaise with Technical Publications to provide clarification and validation of core data transferred from the LSAR to technical manuals.
 
Perform LSA / LSAR reviews with internal departments or customers to validate the data set and to enhance the supportability of products
 
Skills and experience needed to be the successful Logistics Support Analysis:
 
General experience in working with the design of mechanical or electromechanical equipment.
Thorough grounding in the production and documentation of a LSAR; making design and maintenance recommendations.
Must have clear experience with ISL / LSA, Ground Support Equipment
Must have demonstratable experience dealing with the following standards: MIL-STD-1388, DEF STAN 00-60, GEIA-STD-0007
