Injection Moulding Technician

Mornings 7-3pm up to £33000

MDE are looking for an experience Injection Moulding Technician to join a busy, state of the art production facility of plastic components. We have positions in the Morning or Late shifts
As a valuable member of the production team, you will be required to support with

Tool changes and machine setting.
Training operators using standard operation instructions and operating procedures.
Maintaining quality and health and safety
Corrective actions / non-conformance
Eliminating and reducing waste within the manufacturing department such as scrap, rework, consumables, etc.
Achieving daily production plans and reporting
Controlling and collating product quality and process control data
Providing hand-over information between shifts
Application Requirements

Minimum of 3 years injection moulding setting experience
Demonstrable aptitude for injection moulding machine fault finding and trouble shooting, able set up a process from scratch
Supervisory experience of production operators.PLEASE NOTE, All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
