We are seeking a HR generalist who has supported up to 80 employees with everything HR to cover Maternity in Milton Keynes. This role will be a mixture of home working and office based working depending on business need. We are seeking a hands on HR specialist to support the Head of HR and a project manager streamline and improve all HR processes, to standardise and streamline where possible as well as supporting all employees.
You will be
Supporting up to 120 employees with all HR related issues, including
Recruitment, working closely with Tate
Supporting the project manager standardise letters, streamline process and update systems with your knowledge of HR policy and practice
Daily, weekly meetings and some minute taking required
General AdministrationYou must
Have CIPD level 5 or above
Have great attention to detail
Have a professional but personable approach to all staff to support, guide and push back where needed
Have great knowledge of HR policy and performance process
Be a strong administrator and happy to support with all admin tasks required for the smooth running of the HR team
