New Role just in for our client in Milton Keynes. This is a temporary role for approx 6-12 weeks. You will have experience working as a HR Advisor with a qualification in HR or a CIPD qualification!
We have interviews available starting Monday 7th December for the successful candidate to start on Monday 14th December.
You will be providing HR support and guidance to the management team and employees regarding HR policies and processes including performance management, disciplinary processes, HR enquiries and general employment law.
The key skills we are looking for;
Work effectively in multitasking.
Work effectively in a team and maintain working relationships with others
Handle confidential information and keep it safe.
Excellent organisational skills
Accuracy and high attention to details
This is an extremely varied role so along with the above you must be able to prioritise, delegate when necessary and have excellent communication skills.
