Head of Quality

Reconditioning/Refurbishment of high value consumer goods

Miix of site / home and office working – flexible Midlands/South location

* Leadership of quality team at multi-site locations to deliver exemplary, consistent implementation of optimum refurbishment processes to exacting Grade A standards.

* Delivering this through rapid exponential growth

* Working with a wide range of data to identify friction in processes and systems.

* Feeding this back into Production and Operations to shape continual improvement and optimisation – excellent co-working with colleagues to do this.

Key skills and experience are required in the following areas:

* Highly skilled and experienced in best quality process and product management frameworks and approaches

* Exemplary people management and leadership

* Lean and efficiency focus

* Application of technologies to drive modernisation

* Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

* First-class customer and stakeholder relationship management

* Confident communicator, presenter and negotiator
