Do you have a passion for baking? Do you have a flair for being artistic? Do you yearn for the kneed to be a bit more hands on in your role?

I am currently recruiting for a role within Buckinghamshire for a Head Baker. Make no mistake, this isn’t an automated role, this is as personal as you can get. Supplying to wholesale and selling their own breads from their own bakery this company are really passionate about what they do! The best ingredients and always fresh. You won’t be just a number here. You will be a pivotal part of the team, managing 3-4 bakers making sure all product is produced to a high standard and is consistent in line with the company’s standards.

As a passionate baker with previous management experience, you will be hands on, often hand shaping various breads in all different shapes and sizes. You will have experience with sourdough and slow fermentation and have a real flair for the artisan.

You will be responsible for all bakers in the bakery and will have a calm demeanour. Along with the creative aspect of the role you will also be responsible for planning rotas and taking orders.
