General Operative / Food Production Operatives who are reliable with good timekeeping and have a willingness to learn and work in multiple areas of the factory are required to join our team at Cranswick Convenience Foods in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

HOURLY RATE: £10.50 per Hour (Day Shift Rate) & £11.25 per Hour (Night Shift Rate)

LOCATION: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: We operate 4 shift patterns as below:

* Monday to Friday, alternative early and late shifts each week e.g. Week A = 6am – 2pm and Week B = 2pm – 10pm

* 4 days on, 4 days off (including weekends) working Days (6am – 6pm)

* 4 days on, 4 days off (including weekends) working Nights (6pm – 6am)

* Monday- Friday, 10pm-6am

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a General Operative / Food Production Operatives who are reliable with good timekeeping and have a willingness to learn and work in multiple areas of the factory.

As a General Operative / Food Production Operatives you will join Cranswick Convenience Foods, Milton Keynes, where we pride ourselves on being a friendly work environment who strive on a daily basis to achieve our best! Being a Food Manufacturing site, our factory is kept at between 4 degrees and 8 degrees in temperature to adhere to food safety standards, so please be aware that you will be working in a cold environment. We do provide fleeces and protective workwear.

As a General Operative / Food Production Operatives you will work within 4 different areas – either processing the fresh raw meat and cooking it, slicing and packaging the cooked meat, boxing and despatching the finished products or within our hygiene department.

For all of our roles you must be able to manually lift materials and be comfortable touching and processing both raw and cooked meat including beef, pork, and chicken.
