Insight Employment are currently seeking Production Operatives to work for a leading bakery in Milton Keynes. This is a temporary to Permanent role with good progression prospects. This is based in Wymbush, Milton Keynes.

The Role: –

This role involves working on a production line of a food manufacturing company. Packing bread products and quality checking for any defects.

Requirements: –

* Previous food production experience ideally but not essential

* Must be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Good communication skills both verbal and written

* Must be Flexible, reliable, and punctual

* Good level of personal hygiene

* Must be a team player

Continental shifts and hours: –

Day shift

4 days on, 4 days off – 06:00am-18:00pm

Night shift

4 days on, 4 days off – 18:00pm-06:00am

Rates: –

Days £9.05 per hour, going up to £9.14p/h.
Nights £9.50 per hour, going up to £10.33p/h.

Inductions are provided before you start work.
