The Role
Due to an increase in demand for our products and the introduction of new products onto the site, we are recruiting for various roles within our Factory Operations Team.
We now have some fantastic opportunities for Warehouse Operatives – FLT Drivers to join the team at our Milton Keynes site.
As an FLT Driver, you will be required to transport goods across the site on Double Handler FLTs
Responsibilities also include (but are not limited to):
* Effective operation of FLT equipment and palletisers.
* Cleaning lubrication and basic maintenance of FLT equipment and palletisers to agreed standards.
* Correct handling, storage of materials to Refresco standards, whilst minimising waste.
* Reporting any non-conformances to Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and supporting corrective action activities.
* Complete FLT / MHE / area safety checks, immediately reporting any non-conformances, accidents, near misses or food safety concerns to your Team Leader / Manager.
* Complete quality checks and record these on the appropriate system

About You
Ideally, you will have experience as an FLT Driver (Double Handler would be beneficial) and will have an in date licence, or only recently expired. Full training can be provided on site should you not have previous experience or have an expired license.
You will have previous experience of working within an FMCG manufacturing environment and working to set standards and KPI's.
Salary and Benefits
This is a shift based role, working on a 24/7 shift pattern, working 4 on 4 off. 12 hour shifts (6.00am to 6.00pm / 6.00pm to 6.00am) 2 days, 2 nights and 4 off.
The role of Warehouse Operative (S2) comes with a package including an hourly rate of £9.63 plus shift allowance (annual salary of £22,627.00), a generous holiday allowance, a pension scheme, life assurance and free onsite parking
