As part of the Supply Chain Team, the Export & Supply Chain Coordinators are primarily responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and products are shipped On Time and In Full (OTIF), customer queries and complaints are handled within company defined service levels and relevant export documentation and reporting is completed.

Essential Functions:

Supply Management
Customer Service
Export Documentation Management & Administration
Stock Management
Analysis, Reporting and KPI Tracking Ideally, you will possess:

3+ years proven experience of working in supply chain/customer service role – ideally in a product- based industry – in one of the following functions: Supply Chain and Logistics or Purchasing
2 years’ experience of dealing with multiple country export and import regulations, desirable but not essential
Min of 2 years’ Experience of using ERP (or similar) systems.
Fluency in another European Language is desirable but not essential. Start: ASAP
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Mon to Fri Full Time
Salary: £competitive
