My client based in Milton Keynes are currently recruiting in the export team due to growth. I am currently looking for a driven and dynamic Export Sales Manager to help build on existing clients and developing new business within Europe. You will be managing business throughout the EU so there will be travelling involved therefore you will need a full valid driving licence and passport. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing sector selling products into Europe including France, Germany, Italy and Spain. The successful candidate will head up the Export Team and will be required to work from the Milton Keynes head office, although there is flexible working available.
Duties and accountability
Drive growth in the international markets by maximising the distribution network
Develop existing and new distribution partners and customers
Develop annual export sales budgets
Plan and implement distributor product training
Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams and provide a high level of account manage to existing customers
Develop and implement commercial strategies within existing and new markets and geographiesYou will need to have the following –
Strong Sales and Account Management experience with major accounts (Preferably Export Sales within manufacturing)
Fluency in one or more European languages (i.e French, German, Italian. Spanish)
Strong track record in reaching or exceeding sales targets outside the UK
Ability to travel without restriction throughout the EU
Be confident and have strong communication skills
Be IT literate and have a strong commercial understanding
