Milton Keynes (remotely based)

12 months fixed term contract

£28,000 – £30,500 per annum

38 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm Friday 8am – 2.30pm (hours will differ for training period)

We are recruiting an experienced Export and Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join a leading manufacturing company based in the Milton Keynes area. This is a fixed terms contract for 12 months. The position is a remote position until government advise changes and you will be based on site for initial training so you should ideally live within a commutable distance to Milton Keynes.

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and products are shipped On Time and In Full (OTIF), customer queries and complaints are handled within company defined service levels and relevant export documentation and reporting is completed.

The successful candidate will be allocated a selection of Distributors (based globally) and will be responsible for processing all new orders, raising production orders, expediting the customer order (incoterms FCA or CFR), raising export paperwork and making Banking presentations if required.

You will be liaising directly with internal and external customers plus production, freight forwarders and Banks so good communication skills are essential (written and verbal).

You will have great initiative and time management skills and enjoy a challenge.

Due to the nature of the role, export experience is essential.
