Our client based in the Berkshire area have an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering manager or supervisor looking to step up, to work for a long standing, highly reputable business, that has been trading for almost 40 years. You will have the opportunity to make significant change for the growth and development in their organisation.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the engineering department including overseeing staff members, stock control, managing budgets & KPI’s, promoting health and safety and hands on engineering amongst other things.

This role would suit an experienced engineering manager or a highly skilled supervisor looking to take the step up into management. You will need to be electrically biased and have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing environment previously.

Your Role:

* Engineering Team Leader

* PPM and repair of site machinery

* Overseeing engineering staff

* Managing budgets & KPI’s

* Training and Developing Team

The Person:

* Electrical bias preferred.

* Apprenticeship qualified or equivalent.

* Worked within a production / manufacturing environment.

* Experience of leading / overseeing a team.
