Our client are an established nationwide food manufacturer, who have been operating for almost 50 years. They have a strong presence nationally, cash rich and are now looking for a dynamic Electrical Multiskilled maintenance engineer to join their team in Buckinghamshire.
The Role in Brief
– You will carry out PPM and corrective maintenance on plant, machinery and services quickly and efficiently so as to cause the least amount of machinery downtime
-You will ensure that you follow and adhere to on-site H&S Requirements and procedures
-You will ensure machinery and services are all in working order ready for production after maintenance periods
-You will maintain good communication throughout the process with the engineering team and production
-You will review and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to improve productivity, reduce down time as well as maximise company profits.
Person Specification
-You will be Time served Multiskilled maintenance engineer
-You will possess good mechanical / electrical engineering skills
-You will be able to fault find on electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to a high standard.
-Have excellent communication and time management skills
-Have a flexible attitude to shift work
-The ability to work in a high pressure environment
-Previous proven track record in a food manufacturing environment.
