As a Customer Service Advisor your role is to deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with internal and external customers. An exciting full time position based in Milton Keynes where you will be instantly adding value and becoming an important member of the team. Monday – Friday (8.30 – 5pm). Description
As the Customer Service Advisor, you'll be delivering excellent customer service over the phone to both internal and external customers and building positive business relationships.
The role includes high volume inbound and outbound calls coupled with order processing. Key responsibilities:
Deal with all customer queries (phone and email) efficiently and effectively
Ensure accuracy of order processing, including correct pricing to eliminate any invoice pricing queries
Manage any supply or delivery issues to ensure targets are achieved
Develop professional working relationships, in particular ensuring close communication with Sales on all account management matters and other UK sites
Maintain all the systems, procedures and practices which support the sales and customer service function
Record all customer complaints on the Complaint Notification systems. Investigate, resolve and close within agreed timescales
Monitor and evaluate personal performance to enhance individual / team results in line with departmental KPI'sProfile
What the Customer Service Advisor role is needing someone who enjoys developing relationships and thinking of effective solutions quickly!
To be successful, you'll have an excellent telephone manner and have experience in a customer service role ideally dealing with larger corporate customers and businesses
You'll be experienced working in a fast-paced customer service environment dealing with calls and emails and being adaptable as and when required.
