A superb opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic team working as a customer service advisor within their call centre, with an immediate start!

Working a 5 day week you will be tasked with calling current customers to organise delivery dates for their ordered items.

The company are a family run business providing high end goods to customers via their high street stores. They are looking to appoint additional team members to work through their back log of deliveries post lockdown.

As a Customer service advisor you will have previous call centre or high volume call experience dealing with and advising customers.

Experience required

* Customer service

* Dealing with high call volumes

* Ability to resolve issues in a calm and professional manner

* knowledge of CRMs and data input

Salary and Benefits

* 5 day working week ( inc. weekends)

* Monday – Friday paying £10 per hour

* Saturday £11.00 per hour

* Sunday £12.00 per hour

Hours

* 9am – 6pm or 11am – 8pm Mon – Sun

Temp – perm opportunities paying an annual salary up to £23,500 PA.
