Our client has offices based in Milton Keynes and Wokingham, Berkshire. This role will initially be based in MK (4 days/week) with 1 day spent in Wokingham. Further down the line (Q2 2021) the role will most likely shift between an even split between MK and Wokingham. Candidates must, therefore be happy to commute between both offices.
For this role, candidates MUST have experience managing the implementation of a CRM/ERP system, preferably MS Dynamics.
This role will consist of three key parts:
* Project manage the implementation of a new CRM/ ERP system (MS Dynamics Business Central) across two businesses. You will be liaising with external IT partners with this
* Prepare the data transition from the old systems to the new CRM/ ERP system
* Optimise ways of working and management information during/ post implementation
Candidate profile:
* Must have proven experience managing the implementation process of aa CRM/ERP system
* Be able to work with large data sets (albeit Excel/ PowerBI is probably sufficient)
* Experience mapping out processes
* Strong commercial acumen
* Proactive nature
* Self starter
* Good initiative
