£30,000 – £32,000 per annum + 10% Bonus + PENSION + 33 DAYS HOLIDAYS + LIFE ASSURANCE + HEALTHCARE

DAYS – MONDAY – FRIDAY

Owing to continued business success and significant worldwide orders, a Market leading and very well established Industrial manufacturing company is seeking to expand their Improvement Team with the addition of a Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator.

Manufacturing and processing products from their site in Milton Keynes they supply into a vast array of high-profile clients and enjoy a strong worldwide market presence. Working within this fast-paced environment will provide a motivated Continuous Improvement Facilitator with a challenge on a day to day basis.

Due to a diverse and well-established portfolio of clients, this opportunity offers great security and stability. With progressive training and development these roles also allow further promotion in the longer term. This role may suit a Production / Shift Supervisor who is keen to work within a purely CI focused role or an experience Continuous Improvement Coordinator.

Role Description
*Implementation of lean management methods.
*Delivery of structured improvement programmes within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
*Applying lean methodologies and improvement – utilising 5S, process mapping and problem solving, Kaizen.
*Driving continuous improvement across all colleagues within the organisation.
*Supporting others to implement new tools and improvement projects.

Skills & Qualifications
*Strong experience within a Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement context.
*Industrial Manufacturing Industry experience.
*Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – desirable / 5S knowledge.
*Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability.
