We are currenly looking for CMM Supervisor to manage all functions of CMM programming and quality systems, whilst supporting the Quality department in achieving the department’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Program of LK CMM and PC DMIS CMM

* Provide Capability data for the purpose of CPK analysis.

* Undertake and complete in a pro-active manner any special projects/activities as required.

* Assist in the introduction of new products ensuring all captured learning is incorporated in to the new projects.

* Undertake effective planning and prioritisation of workload wherever necessary.

* Ensure that all resources are used to optimum effect in a pro-active manor.

* Build, maintain and develop effective working relationships between yourself and both internal and external customers.

* Maintain the required standards of housekeeping.

* Support all other departments and functions within as required by the business.

* Contribute fully to the continuous improvement of the business, company processes and practices.

* Monthly auditing of both Environmental and Health & Safety policy / procedures

Qualifications/Experience/Technical Skills

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience of CMM programming

* Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and an ability to analyse processes in specific work areas

* PC Literate

* Experience of working towards improving and maintaining quality standards such as ISO, TS16949

* Problem solving

* Demonstrates the ability of being able to maintain and improve effective working practices, use of facilities and materials
