Buckinghamshire based consultancy with a highly regarded reputation and client listing have a rare opportunity for an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team. With room for progression and a bonus scheme you will be on target for your next step up.

The work will be a mix of the following:

*

* acquisition surveys, large hotels modern and country house, care home groups, industrial.

* Bank development monitoring

* Maintenance scheduling

* Refurbishment design, Contract Administration and Project Management.

You will be working autonomously and client facing, the ideal candidate will be experienced in business development and be willing to network.

Package includes a salary up to £60k plus bonus scheme, car allowance or company car, RICS Fees paid, ongoing training and pension.
