Role: Assembly Operative

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £10 per hour, Temp on Going

XCL Group are currently looking for an Assembly Operative to join an outstanding metal fabrication company based in the Milton Keynes area. Our client is a leading supplier of fabricated metal products and are looking for an individual who can assist them in their Warehouse and Production department.

We are looking for hard working, committed keen individuals who will be dedicated and capable of displaying 100% reliability

The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:

* Be confident in working in a fast-paced environment to pick and pack products.

* Quality inspects all packaged products to ensure no damage/ defects.

* Liaising closely with other departments including Production, paint shop, purchasing and planning.

* Assisting with the assembly of metal components.

* Ensuring that your work station is organised and clean.

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

* Experience working in a fast-paced role as a Warehouse Operative

* Experience working in Production/ Powder Coating

* Basic level of numeracy and literacy

* Willing to do overtime when required

Ideally the candidate will have their own transport due to the location of the company.

Hours:

* Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.45pm, Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm

* Overtime Available
