My client is looking to hire an Area Manager to look after their very fast paced shop floor. This business operates all over the world and brings an impressive portfolio range.

This Area manager role really makes you the site custodian for the production unit, you will be ultimately responsible for all activity on the site from a Safety, Quality and Performance perspective. This would be working on a Monday to Friday double day shift basis, so no night shift is required.

Some of the prerequisites for this post are as follows.

* Degree Level in relevant subject e.g. Business Management or Leadership,

* Experienced in food or consumer products industry supported by a good track record of leading and engaging operational team,

* IOSH or NEBOSH qualified,

* HACCP Level 3.

This role is based in Buckinghamshire but is commutable from Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and I would say South of Northamptonshire and North London.
