Our client is looking for an Inspirational Dynamic Warehouse Shift Manager to join their fast paced and stable team in Milton Keynes. This person will have 5 years minimum managerial experience.

Your working hours will be 6.00 am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.

To qualify for this role you will need to possess the following: –

* Coaching and mentoring team.

* Demonstrate KPI`s.

* Operating daily tasks.

* Experience working on projects.

* Providing Continuous improvement.

* Encourage and motivate the team.
