Description for the Technical Cleaning Manager:
We are working with a renowned Facilities Company that provide a wide range of services to their clients along with excellent customer care. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ambitious Technical Cleaning Manager to join their team, full time covering the Midlands and the South.
You will be an experienced Technical Cleaning Manager that has good communication, management, and leadership skills. You will be confident at liaising with clients at multi-sites, training and developing your team. You will visit clients for meetings and to complete audits & quotes, which could include the following :
Biohazard & Disinfection, Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Car Park Deep Cleaning, Graffiti Removal, High level (MWEP) & Abseiling works, High Level Suction Dusting, Washroom Deep Cleaning and Window Cleaning. This is a role that requires travelling along with being office-based part of the week.
Person Specifications for the Technical Cleaning Manager:
* Excellent Client engagement and commutation skills
* Strong Leadership
* Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ensure project schedules are adhered to
* Working to department budgets
* Training of staff
* Manage stock lists, Material orders & assets
* UK full/clean driving licence
* Ensure business is fully compliant with Industry Standards
* Be compliant with ISO and Company Procedures & Policies
* IOSH Qualification
* ILM 3 or good knowledge of
* Specialist cleaning knowledge
* KPI’s
* Flexible attitude
