We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the existing Smart CX programme, based in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 13 months (from 1st May 2021) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus great benefits.

As our Project Manager, you will join the existing Smart CX programme, implementing a new contact technology platform into our existing Milton Keynes based clients. Joining the successful team of Project Managers and Technicians, the role is suited to an experienced PM with proven experience in delivering projects, preferably within a contact centre and/or financial services environment.
Main responsibilities as our Project Manager will require you to:
– Managing and owning projects and large workstreams with a span of influence that typically required working within multiple business segments
– Working across internal functional areas and with external stakeholders and potentially working across the enterprise and/or with third-party vendors to deliver a new product, solution or operation
– Managing projects that typically require complex solutions such as implementing a new contact centre operation in the finance & baking vertical or operating model
– Working with Compliance, Legal, InfoSec & Audit teams to ensure solutions meet all regulatory & compliance requirements
– Managing and monitoring time, scope, and cost for the project based on the identified requirements
– Collaborating, negotiating and managing issues to resolution
– Conducting conflict management with all levels of internal and/or external stakeholders
– Completing and delivering reports for all projects and workstreams assigned across the Executive Steering and providing feedback/recommendations regarding project budgets
– Making decisions outside of established processes, methodologies, etc. that impact the project’s delivery
What we’re looking for in our Project Manager:
– Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project management within the contact centre environment, preferably within financial services and/or outsourcing
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or work experience in lieu of a degree
– A solid understanding of project management tools, terminologies and techniques
