Our client, a Global leading Drainage company, is looking to expand their team in seeking Operation Manager based in their Milton Keynes Operations.

Duties will include but not limited too

• Supervise teams on site

• Site visits

• Site audits

• Quality control of works, inspect completed works are satisfactory

• Quality control of paperwork

• Feedback information to Operations and Sales teams regarding progress of job

• Liaise with clients on site

• Problem solve, trouble shoot and aim to resolve issues on site

• Ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed on site

• Pre-commencement work scoping

• Programming of work projects

• Site meetings with Traffic Management

• Out of hours working may be required

Other duties will consist of:

• Handle requests and queries from senior managers relating to contracts

• Assist in the preparation of compiling CCTV Reports and DVD’s

• Create plans and job packs for projects

• Distribute daily whereabouts

• Liaise with Clients

• Write and distribute emails, memos, letters and forms

• Assist with running of projects, plan jobs

• Collate and process daily Job Packs from the field Staff, including chasing up of missing paperwork

• Quality control of all daily Job Packs, ensuring they are completed correctly

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Provide general support to colleagues

• Order of equipment, materials, PPE and hire Equipment

Required

• Driving License

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

Desirable

• Experience in the Drainage industry would advantageous to the right individual • SSSTS

• Knowledge of traffic management
