The Role:

You will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy inbound sales office ensuring successful and efficient order processing. You will coordinate with sales and operations to ensure all of the departments are working well together.

You will have the autonomy to make decisions on the spot and develop the processes and procedure to improve the SOP team performance.

You will manage the SOP team with team meeting, huddles and one to ones where required.

If required you will step in to management a positive customer outcome but mainly you will be empowering the team to ensure positive customer outcomes.

You:

You should have experience managing a busy office with high volumes of orders to process.

You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and natural leadership qualities. You will enjoy leading from the front in being an inspirational leader. You will happily take responsibility and ownership for any issues.
