Maintenance Manager
£45k + Car Allowance + benefits

Boden group are recruiting for a leading FM provider for a Maintenance Manager in the High Wycombe area, As the Maintenance Manager you will be in charge of a technical team which you showing clear leadership and direction in the correct manner required.
You will oversee the maintenance for multiple healthcare sites also side the day to day tasks with the Account Manager, acting in his role if he is away. Identify, manage, and reduce all unnecessary costs and inefficient activities – ensure business risks are clearly identified and controlled.
Promote the development of team members and actively encourage effective relationships. Ensure the requirements of the HSE policies are fully understood and implemented.
Establishment and administration of working processes planned and reactive maintenance regimes, health and safety management and support to the contract commercial team are all key parts of the role.
In the senior site representative function they are ultimately responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team, defining and communicating contract objectives and constraints and complying with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.

The Candidate:
HNC/HND/City guilds or equivalent professional qualification/apprenticeship Electrical or Mechanical engineering, must have a full understanding of the other skillset
Desired: PFI understanding
Health & Safety qualification
Medical Gas AP/CP
Desired: Hospital Experience in a similar role or demonstrable experience
Full understanding of the HTM's & HBN's
Previously held P&L/budgetary responsibility
Good Health and Safety background with qualifications
Previously lead and managed FM operatives/teams as part of the team
Client facing individual, able to demonstrate previous experience of developing and managing client relationships
Experience in additional/small project works advantageous
Must have previously worked in a role where you have delivered both hard FM services
Commercially and financially astute
Clear and strong communicator with both the client and your team
