Job Title: International Territory Coordinator
Location: Amersham, Bucks
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday – 39.5 hours a week (Early Friday finish)
Work from home 6 days a month
Job Purpose
Working in our International Team your role will entail managing the operational standards and trading performance for our international business across multiple partners and locations within your international region. You will support the International Territory Manager in managing each partner within your region.
The role requires a confident individual who can develop relationships and deliver operational plans, as well as working cross functionally in a Head Office environment. You will be a tenacious individual, commercially astute, detail oriented and will exhibit the right influencing skills to engage our International Partners in driving their standards and performance.
This is primarily an office-based role however extensive travel to your territories is necessary and you can expect to be away from home on a regular basis. You must also hold a full UK driving license with a minimum of one year’s driving experience.
Responsibilities
Support the International Territory Manager with the day to day relationships with each partner and their Operational Teams. Engaging our international partners with our style of toy retailing to maximise trading performance.
To implement and maintain excellent operating standards in each territory.
Build a trading plan and sales reports to help the partner and International Territory Manager maximise the potential of each partner.
Support the expansion plans for each partner in growing their store estate.
Support and facilitate stock orders, shipments and exports into each territory.
Support the partner and International Territory Manager in delivering year on year improvements to sales KPI’s through analysis of data and commercial decisions.
To create internal communications plans that ensures regular business updates, compliance with all retail processes and procedures and engages the wider business both in the UK and Internationally.
To work cross functionally with our Head Office teams as well as our partner’s teams to ensure efficiency and the smooth functioning of all systems that support our International operations.
