We are looking for candidate who will manage all HR and ER functions whilst working in partnership with line managers and employees across the business, in order to support the achievement of organisational & departmental objectives. Support the Managing Director in driving change in people management strategies to improve management capability and enhance organisational performance.
Responsibilities
* To ensure line managers are up to date with legislative and policy requirements relating to all HR services. Liaise with specialists, external bodies and networks to ensure advice and guidance given is in line with current legal legislation.
* Provide continuous expert advice and support to all areas of the business and its managers in relation to the on-going management of staff, disciplinary and absence procedures.
* Continually develop and implement best practice throughout the organisation.
* To manage all recruitment activities, providing line managers with relevant selection tools & best practice in order to ensure functions are effectively resourced to meet business objectives.
* Manage all HR functions including Training and Development, Employee Wellbeing, ER matters, Organisational Change, Appraisals and Performance Management.
* Provide the Board of Directors with a monthly HR pack to include key KPI statistics.
* Annually perform salary reviews, benefits surveys and external benchmarking to ensure the business is competitive and fair.
* Manage temporary employees through the current PSL.
* Assisting with the monthly and weekly payroll process.
Skills and Experience
* Educated to Degree or equivalent level
* CIPD level 7 Qualified
* PC Literate
* 3 years HR generalist experience + HR Management Experience
* Budgeting / numerical capabilities
* Problem solving
