We are excited to be opening a state-of-the-art luxury care home in Buckinghamshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual who shares our vision and core values.

Maria Mallaband Care Group are looking for a Home Manager for our brand-new luxury care home Bentley Grange located in Buckinghamshire. We are looking for an experienced, committed and personable manager who genuinely has a passion for elderly care. We require someone who has worked within an elderly care home as a Registered Manager and preferably had commissioning experience.

You must have excellent leadership skills and a sound commercial understanding. This position requires a commercially aware person. Someone who has a hands-on approach to recruiting, retaining and developing a staff team, as well as managing a budget and ensuring the home goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

Location: Bentley Grange, Lace Hill, London Road, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire

All our Management roles come with a competitive salary package plus a bonus based on KPI’s. (This will be discussed in full at interview)

About You;

We are looking for a Home Manager with the following skills, qualifications and experience:

A qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin number (desirable but not essential)

Management qualification

Previous/current experience working as a registered manager in a Care Home environment is essential.

A committed and organised approach

Commissioning experience preferred

Excellent staff leadership skills

Previously registered with CQC

A good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and the ability to demonstrate delivery of a quality service
