About the role:
They are currently seeking a Director of Customer Experience to work with other senior leaders to steer corporate strategic projects across the organisation, ensuring that key activities are achieved as well as leading the business transformation programme and the strategic development and delivery of their housing management service.
Within this role you’ll be responsible for:
Leading the front line teams, developing the skills and behaviours required to support organisational developments and meet the needs of customers
Developing appropriate and aligned operational annual budgets
Fostering a high performance culture that maximises productivity, improves service and delivers best practice housing management
Driving an aligned change programme
Leading the modernisation of services including digitalisation
Ensuring that the organisation is considering their customers perspective in everything that they do
Bringing their values to life through all your interactions with customers and colleagues
What we’re looking for:
Experience of delivering an outstanding customer focused service shaped by the customer voice
Experience of presenting and public speaking, engaging with and influencing audience thinking
Experience of writing reports that are suitable for a range of audiences
The ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships
Skilled at leading a team, developing potential and nurturing future leaders
Inspiring and motivational and can create a compelling narrative
Project orientated and can deal with multiple innovation initiatives
Resilient and can respond to setback with renewed and increased efforts
