A highly rated nursing home in the Milton Keynes area is looking for a Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN to work as the homes Deputy Manager. The home is rated ‘Good’ by CQC and has been rated highly by residents and families on carehomes. The Staff strive to provide only the highest standard of care to all residents so they can have the best quality of life.

As a Deputy Manager you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions.
What we are looking for in a Deputy Nursing Home Manager:
* NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN
* A high level of deputy management experience in an elderly/dementia environment
* Excellent understanding of CQC essential standards and quality requirements
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good clinical knowledge and understanding
* A general desire to provide a high level of care
