This exciting opportunity is for someone who has previous knowledge of facilitating business improvements to key stakeholders. All internal processes currently operating need fully documenting to ensure they are effective, efficient and driven towards the best customer experience.

Within this role you may experience duplication and inconsistencies of tasks across the function and lack of synergies across the business.

Archaic back-office infrastructure which is exceptionally complex along with a poor customer experience.
Our ideal candidate will come from a critical thinking role, is able to give positive and confident feedback in their findings and have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders. You must have previous experience in identifying and implementing change within a business, and be able to use analytics in order to assist with root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
This role may be office based for 2-3 days a week, remote working in between. Hours are full time with blended working flexibility
