UK Parking Control have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Manager to join their team.

Location: Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum

Business Operations Manager – The Role:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for 3 teams, which manage verification of charges, appeals and debt recovery (including litigation).

Business Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities:

– Allocating budget resources

– Formulating policies

– Ensuring good customer service

– Overseeing daily business operation once a PCN has been issued

– Developing and implementing growth strategies

– Training Team Leaders and Managers

– Managing and improving processes to ensure they are created to meet the expected growth of business

– Creating and managing budgets

– Improving revenue

– Hiring employees

– Evaluating performance and productivity

– Analysing accounting and financial data

– Researching and identifying growth opportunities

– Generating reports and giving presentations

– Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

– Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and help set strategic goals

– Liaison with 3rd party debt recovery organisations

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organisation in maintaining relationships with suppliers, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives

Business Operations Manager – Key Requirements:

– Experience in start-up, scale-up and/or fast-growth companies

– Demonstrated experience in back office process improvements

– Good knowledge of different business functions.
