Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits Package
My client is an exciting fitness brand who have gained a fantastic reputation for developing and implementing a great fitness product with top notch equipment in great venues.
They are looking for a Sales Manager/ Director to join and lead their sales team. The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the businesses sales strategy working closely with the team to bring the strategy to life, whilst overseeing the activities and performance of the team by setting individual targets.

Responsibilities include:
Managing sales by developing a strategic business plan to map out annual sales and revenue targets as well as implementing processes to meet the goals set out in the plan.
Monitoring and reporting the results of the sales strategy weekly and creating plans to bridge any gaps in the strategy when needed to achieve the annual sales target.
Setting individual sales targets for the team and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales.
Continually develop the capabilities of the sales team by investing time in their development, setting KPI’s and expanding their product knowledge.
Coordinating with other key members of the team on lead generation and implementing action plans where necessary to create the relevant pool of leads.
Ensuring brand evolvement, working with the senior team to launch a new product
Promoting the business and our products on all relevant platforms to maximise the exposure of the brand
The Ideal Senior Sales Manager Candidate:
Have previous experience in planning, implementing, and managing sales and business development, and strategies.
Be experienced and adept at building and managing strong, long-lasting relationships across members and team members.
Be an articulate communicator, capable of building relationships quickly.
Be highly collaborative with colleagues and you have exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
You will be ambitious, autonomous, and self-motivated and can show evidence of meeting and exceeding targets.
Most of all you need a can-do attitude and determination to succeed
